Hannes Hamburg
Since 1995, Hannes has consulted more than one hundred private and public sector organizations, and has organized media trainings and conferences. He has worked as a consultant at communication companies such as Kubits & Hamburg, and Corpore, and as a Strategic PR lecturer. In addition, Hannes was the cofounder of the media monitoring and media analysis company Media Monitoring LLC (currently ETA Monitoring).
Hannes obtained a Bachelors Degree in Journalism from the Tartu University Social Sciences Department and is currently acquiring a Master's Degree in Cultural Theory from Tallinn University.

Indrek Raudjalg
Indrek has been working in the field of communication since 1997. His first three years were spent working as an editor at the news agency BNS and as a business journalist at the national daily newspaper Postimees. Since 2000, Indrek has been active in PR: he has directed the press bureau of the Estonian Police Board and the PR department of the Ministry of Finance. From 2004 until 2007, he worked for the leading PR company Corpore and provided consulting to many influential private sector customers.
Indrek’s client experience derives mostly from the fields of finance, telecommunications and real estate. He has been a part of many public or private sector related crisis communication teams.
Indrek studied law at Concordia University.

Ain Parmas
Ain has been working in the field of communication since 1994. Until 1998, he worked as a journalist and editor at the BNS news agency, and for the newspapers “Rahva Hääl” and “Eesti Päevaleht”. Since 1998, Ain has been employed in the PR field: he has worked as a press officer and as the head of the Public Affairs Department at the Ministry of the Interior; he was in charge of the media relations of Elion for seven and a half years; and he headed the public relations department of the Estonian Police Board.
Ain graduated from the Estonian Institute of Humanities with a degree in sociology.

Kristi Jõesaar
Kristi has been working in the field of communication since 2001. From 2001 to 2004 Kristi worked in the KPMS public relations company where she managed information projects concerning EU accession. From 2004 she worked in the Ministry of Finance as a PR adviser and from 2007 to 2011 as a PR manager of the same Ministry. In addition, as a member of the Team Europe non-profit association Kristi has carried out several information projects aimed at young people and she has also been a member of the national crisis communication team.
Kristi graduated from Tallinn University with a major in Advertising and Media and defended her master’s degree in the Institute of Journalism and Communication at the University of Tartu.

Jekaterina Eilart
Jekaterina has been working in the field of communication since 1999. Her first two years were spent working as a freelance reporter at the daily Russian language newspaper Molodjozh Estonii and in 2002 Jekaterina became an editor in the same paper. From 2006 until 2009, she worked for the leading Russian language weekly newspaper Den za Dnjom as a business-editor. In 2008 she also started to make her own business series for Estonian TV. Jekaterina has won a journalism award organized by Estonian Journalists Association three years in a row.
Jekaterina studied journalism and translation at Tallinn University.

Brit Vister
Brit manages consulting projects at the bureau. Brit has practical experience from working in the communications department of Ministry of Finance.
Brit graduated from Tartu University with a Bachelors Degree in Journalism and Public Relations and Masters Degree In Communication Management. She is currently continuing her studies in International Relations and European Studies at Tallinn University of Technology.

Hanna-Liisa Ruul
Hanna-Liisa manages projects and consults international projects at the bureau. She has worked as a corporate client manager in Freewill OÜ and participated in carrying out the Let’s Do It – My Estonia project.
Hanna-Liisa graduated from the Estonian Business School with a major in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration. She is currently acquiring her master’s degree in Communication Management from Tallinn University.
